Refund Policy for Design and Programing Services
Design mockups are created and approved after a small deposit is requested. A detailed contract must be signed and returned with the deposit so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding. A contract may be negotiated before signing but must be adhered to once a signed agreement is complete. If you agree to design mock ups but fail to follow through with a project, we retain the right to bill you for time taken to create the mockups at our standard rate.
Webstock Ltd may accept a refund request in some cases, at our discretion. An Instance where we would accept a request for a refund would be if Webstock Ltd and client party are unable to work together in a communicative and professional manner or if creative differences force an end to all work. If this is the case it will always be if the amount of hours put towards the job is less than the total amount of the deposit paid for the job. If this is the case, the remaining monies left after billing for all hours taken to date can be refunded to the client within 30 days and all work will cease.
Webstock Ltd will not accept refund request if the mock up design has been approved and a lot of time has been invested for the website and programming.
Return Policy for Other Services
Other services including, but not limited to Graphic Design, Logo Design, Web Design and Development are typically custom projects. Each project is evaluated individually to estimate the total project cost, based upon the unique needs of each client and Webstock Ltd will not accept any kind of refund request if all time is invested on the projects and henceforth, project will be withdrawn.
Webstock Ltd maintains the same refund requests for all other hourly work as stated in the above Design and Programing Policy.
Return Policy for Hosting Services
All hosting sales are guaranteed 99.9% uptime and 100% client satisfaction. If a refund is requested, Webstock Ltd will refund a prorated amount, which is the total amount paid minus any time used in the contract. Hosting rates are billed yearly. If after 3 months you wish to relocate your website and request a refund, you would be entitled to 70% of the hosting yearly amount.
If a refund request is accepted, any monies left after the prorated charges will be returned to the client and all hosting will immediately cease upon payment of refund, which is usually 7 to 10 days from the request and no further support is provided.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute, Credit Card) from a credit card company or bank to our merchant company, your service and/or project will be suspended without any notice. A some amount of chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the merchant company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute or Merchant dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
